Use our intuitive 3D builder tool to personalize your ear plugs exactly to your liking. Select your preferred options and design features to create ear plugs tailored uniquely for you.
2. Book Your Audiologist Appointment!
Once your order is placed, it's time to book an appointment with a local audiologist to get your ear impressions. If you need assistance finding an audiologist or booking an appointment, please email us at sales@aquashields.co.uk. Please note that the fees for the impressions are payable directly to the audiologist, typically ranging between £30-£50.

3. Package and Send Your Impressions:
Upon receiving your impressions, we'll proceed to manufacture your custom ear plugs. Our standard lead time is 1 week from the day we receive your impressions. However, if you need your ear plugs sooner, we offer a fast track service at an additional cost.
4. Manufacturing Process:
Carefully package your ear impressions according to our requirements outlined in our Impressions Requirement Guide. Once packaged securely, send them directly to us at the following address:

5. Quality and Shipping:
