Step 2
Book Your Audiologist Appointment!
After placing your order, schedule an appointment with a local audiologist for your ear impressions. If you need help finding an audiologist, please reach out to us at sales@aquashields.co.uk.
Fees for impressions are typically £30 to £50.
STEP 3
3D Scanning
We use state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology to produce accurate 3D scans of your ear impressions.
STEP 4
3D Modelling
Using 3D modelling software, our technician sculpts your impressions into your earplugs.
STEP 5
3D Printing
Using our 3D Printer we produce casts of your earplugs, ready to be filled with silicone!
STEP 6
Post-Processing
We hand-finish the shape and apply a coat of lacquer to the earplugs
STEP 7
Quality and Shipping:
Finally, We carefully package your new earplugs and ship your earplug directly to you!
