Prepare your ears
Before inserting, gently pull your ear upward and backward to straighten the ear canal. This helps the earplug slide in more easily.
Insert the earplug
Carefully insert the earplug into your ear canal. Push it in gently until it feels snug and secure but not uncomfortable. Avoid forcing it too deep.
Check the seal
Ensure the earplug creates a full seal in your ear canal to prevent water from entering. You should feel slight pressure but no pain.
Test the fit
Move your head or jaw to confirm the earplug stays in place without discomfort. If it feels loose or painful, remove and try adjusting the position.
Repeat for the other ear
Follow the same steps to fit the earplug in your other ear.
Adjust as needed
If you experience water leakage or discomfort during use, remove the plugs and try reinserting with slight adjustments to the angle or depth.
